Unlock All Characters

Before starting this tutorial, on your PC you must have installed Street Fighter 4 and have an offline account to save your progress. Almost everything will be unlocked all characters, all colors, all personal action, all movies, all artworks, all characters, and all icons. You probably already have all the characters unlocked.  But in case you ever find yourself reformatting your computer or play to other computer. There is an easy way to unlock all your characters in SF4 and it takes 5 minutes.

Step 1: You must download the cheat engine on this site http://www.cheatengine.org/ then install and then install cheat engine found in Street Fighter 4 unlock everything patch http://www.mediafire.com/?kj3wimnoh2k.

Step 2: Run the Street Fighter 4 you must run in window mode so you can easily minimize the game.

Step 3: While the game is running, open the cheat engine. You can see on the top left the computer icon then select StreetFighterIV.exe from the progress list, and click open.

Step 4: Click the folder icon next to the computer icon to open a cheat engine table file that comes with Street Fighter 4 unlock everything patch.

Step 5: Select “SFIV Unlock Everything.CT” cheat engine table file from the patch folder.

Step 6: Now on to the bottom table, click on any entry and select all (CTRL+A). Now right click on any of these to change “Record> Value” the value from 0 to 1.

Step 7: Check again if all the values have been updated to 1, if not change them manually and make sure they are set to 1.

Step 8: Now to make the changes permanent, so that you don’t have to go through all the fuss every time you play the game. Switch back to the game, now change a settings to force a save.
Once you have altered any in game setting like sound/video settings. You will see a rotating warning indicating that the changes including changes that we made in the process memory, are being saved to the save file/profile.

Step 9: Exit the game, exit cheat engine and start street fighter 4 normally, and you will see everything unlocked.
